I'm confused, what do theme parks have to do with art of film and the art of the film poster? Terrible idea, you're just hoping that JP is in this imaginary print of yours!
You are right, I just noticed that, when I thought of disney, I thought of the parks. I forgot Mondo is film based. Disregard my last post. :hanging:

A Haunted Mansion poster sounds cool, unless they would have to include Eddie Murphy for contractual reasons.

I'd love prints for Robin Hood, The Sword In The Stone, Song of the South, Cool Runnings, Condorman, and all of the Pixars, especially The Incredibles.

I grew up watching the classic Looney Tunes cartoons... my all time favorites were the Road Runner and Wile E Coyote shorts!

I can watch those cartoons over and over, snappy, fun, plenty of cartoon violence and a great soundtrack! Can't wait to indoctrinate the little fella :pint:

Would love a 12 x 36 screen print of these characters...

If Whalen is going to keep on doing them, how about The Rocketeer? Eh eh eh?

Slightly unrelated note, but I'm not sure where this post should go - I'd love a good/great One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest - that was a Disney release right? :P

Nah, The Incredibles would be the one for me, but Toy Story would be right behind it.

Eric Tan would kill The Incredibles. Stout was made for Toy Story 3, especially considering how dark it was.
On a completely unrelated note, my Pan's Variant arrived today and it is magnificent. The metallics are sweet, and there are hidden designs in the inking. Very well done

Very true, I'm just thinking Whalen's line work and style could make a cool art-deco style print for it.

Hate to disagree with a bunch of you, but, I personally don't want Stout to go on a string of animated movies.

Akira was his choice, that was really cool, he wanted to do it for his birthday ... the execution was fantastic. Applause all around.

But when The Incredibles and Toy Story start getting on people's want list ... I kind of cringe. I personally don't want to see Tyler start redrawing other people's animation.

I guess I also prefer him to tackle movies with "violence, adult themes ... children under 17 not allowed without adult supervision".

Tan and Whalen (amongst others) can do a much better job on the kids stuff.

I don't mean this in a bad way, but doesn't he already re-imagine photos, art, and other people's animation when he's making his posters? Whether or not they're hand-drawn.
