Very unimpressed by Ames art for years....
After all the horse fudge the went down at the SB Bowl when Emek did a print for Nederlander, I am unimpressed with everything about them.
You two may be the last mohicans that are happy with the phoned in gig posters...
I understand the loyalty and longevity in collecting their stuff, but I would most definitely expect some fudge talking about their work of late.

I do attempt to post more on the pieces I like, but at the end of the day, it's us EB guys and every one of us can be a class A dick.
Love this place.... :)

I have more than a few Ames 96-98 gig posters framed at home. And, I have to say, that the Seattle surfing Sasquatch was my favorite from the last tour (I was also at that show). I started collecting them and Kozik before anyone else, so they'll always have a special place in the collection.

By the way: Does anyone have the Ames Bros. My Morning Jacket poster? I can't find that anywhere. A big ISO right now. Help if you can.

I like pretty much everything about this poster - colors, text, etc. Looks solid.

Trying to read the text on the very bottom, but can't read all of it.

That's not Hampton, is it?
