How good is POW at replacing damaged prints?

Wow. That sucks? They destroyed two tubes? Mini-Bazooka looking tubes.

The tubes were fine. Because the way they wrapped the prints there is edge damage that caused creasing to both prints.

Right!? The one I got they damaged by cramming about 10 sheets of that tissue paper into the inside of the rolled print.

hmmm ok I thought the colors were silk screened ink and not a color foil that was applied
