There are now way too many words in this thread.

I know you wanted it to end last night with the phone sex comment.
That would have been fine for me too.

The symbiosis between artists and collectors should hopefully improve because of this thread.

Done.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Nothing like having a fire lit under ones ass.

I prefer cake more than pie...unless it's pecan pie.

After re-reading crosshairs latter posts I realize that I may have overreacted a tad.
I really lost my sense of humor during the course of this thread. Sorry.

The over-romanticizing of the old notion that artists are too temperamental to take care of the mundanities of business really started to bug me.
Especially because most of the "artists" over at GP are either graphic designers or commercial printers. Not Van Gogh.

Crosshair like many of the regulars over at GP is primarily a commercial printer. I'm glad he took a moment to explain where his money is made.
And I have been aware of his work for years.

Freaks like Van Gogh, Carravaggio, Jackson Pollock, Rouseau and other tortured artists led horrible lives and died penniless and broken.
History romanticizes them, but their lives really sucked horribly and nobody liked them while they were alive.

This sort of resolve would never ever happen on 99% of the other forums I frequent. Just wanted to point that out.
