I think he's talking about medicinal. There is a zero percent chance it will be made legal for recreational consumption by the feds in the next four years.

2020 is optimistic and a big change backwards is always an administration away, but on the rec side we have CO, AK, WA & OR to-date. CA will tip in '16 and if Bernie can win, it could get interesting.

I carted it and got through checkout, but couldn't bring myself to spend $80 on a print that I just don't care about simply because it's a letterpress.
