Thanks for the clarification! These stencils are not hand cut. These actually came as a full preforated cardboard pieces. The seller, or someone else, punched out the cardboard. If you look close you can see the knotches.

Thanks for the clarification! These stencils are not hand cut. These actually came as a full preforated cardboard pieces. The seller, or someone else, punched out the cardboard. If you look close you can see the knotches.
