Checked out that thread on UAA, that's some serious luls. It looks like a child drew on the back of the stickers he was giving away, but then posts some sketches that could have been done by a sophomore art student, at least.

I don't think those are fake, but I'd question as to whether or not he actually owns them. I would guess he is trying to make a few bucks as an intermediary.
