Martha Cooper's made a pretty respectable career out of urban art photojournalism.

But i do agree with this. Prints that are just photographs of murals, like James Jean's Islander (complete with water line and brick outline) aren't anything i'd be eager to own. Re-creating the same image for the print medium is a whole other story, but just taking a photo of a wall and printing that out to sell as an art piece...not really my bag.

love the silver prints, especially the water tower. the gold ones are nice, but don't have the same feel. hopefully (but i doubt it) there will be some of the silver ones left over after the show and go online with the gold ones.

i agree, i like.
pay via paypal, use credit card,file dispute at the 20 day mark if suspicious. don't deal with noobs. don't trade with noobs. request feedback ahead of time. there are lots of good people 'round here.

Some strong vineting on that image. Works with the shot and tone of the piece though.
