I love Dan McCarthy's work as much as anyone here but damn, The Rain Had A Sound . . . Art of the Year?!? You guys are crazy! I could name 10 of Dan's prints alone that SLAY that one. What am I missing? Someone please help me understand how that beats out Parla, Choe, Malleus, etc . . .

Funny, either did I until I went to his show last year. His work is drymounting INCREDIBLE in person. He's like the street version of Jackson Pollock in my opinion.
