Is it okay to be butthurt over not scoring on the lottery even though I scored a regular on the drop?

The one time I scored a Stout lotto was when I provided a picture of my collection for one of the properties. Maybe if you can prove that you ain't no flipper, they'll pick you. Then again, that's a lot of emails to look through and ain't nobody got time for that.

No disrespect but I find it incredibly selfish to have a need to deprive someone of potentially nabbing one of these so you can either flip one or because you absolutely need to have both the regular and variant in order to survive.
