completely false, which is what flipped my pancakes
measured at 30" wide paper, if rolled to complete perfection, it exceeds the 31.5" tube length minus end caps + bubble LOL
dont get that kind of kraft paper wrinkling from shipping.....
paper is growing inside the tube
or maybe, might not realize that with a 24" print, leaves a small margin for error, that is setting a stage for compression, when end cap sealed and thusly shipped.
took Fairey camp a long long long time to learn the EB shipping expectations, and how it can actually help the sellers bottom line

Got my set in yesterday and they appear to be slightly different. I'm no paper expert but one is on more of a speckle tone and just a tinge darker. Maybe a little lighter weight. I'll try and grab some comparison pics when I get a chance.
