Yeah, that's obvious. But what I am saying is that if the guy actually got picked and made two purchases on that one win under different names and same address, which doesn't really matter at that point, he's gotta qualify for some award in stupidity.

What property would you want most for the next poster? if here were to do an older title I'd love to see a 'Raising Arizona', or for a new film 'Alien:Covenant'...or 'Hateful Eight'...or 'Pulp Fiction'........or 'Platoon'.

Yeah... I didn't come close to saying I bought two or landed twice... pretty clear that we just used the same address.

That would be quite a few levels dumber than the dumb fudge I did do.

Just my wife won.

We aren't stressed. We can do without it. Would have been nice, but great things are in the works, can't complain. Hope it goes to one of you guys who were stressing.

Yeah, we are 1/3...well 0/3 but still feel lucky we got picked. So doubt we will get lucky again. Haha. Feel bad for some of you dudes. I have FMF framed up. We love it, but only my son was really into this movie, so just saves me money not getting it end of the day. Bitter sweet. Well... super sweet for one of you.

Besides a lottery, what's the best way to get a hold of a Stout piece on drop day?

So what's the deal with New Flesh/N.E.? Just heavily Stout influenced, or a straight up copycat?

I mean, I kind of like those Jaws and SW handbills . . . but at the same time they are just such Stout rips, that it's tough for me to pull the trigger on them.

What do you all think?

If you like it, buy it dawg. It's not like anyone's gonna pass on future Stout stuff because these exist. Cool addition nonetheless.

NE's been around for a while. Seems like it's the handbills that are attracting more comparison discussion.

I get that - it's just every time I look at it, I think, "that's a Stout knockoff."

It's like a weird OCD thing.

Just always interested to see where people fall on the "influenced" by such and such an artist debate.

Like with Invader I understand the people who say he's just using tiles to copy existing pixel art, but for me, I see him as great because of the way he creates the art as part of an environment, his method of putting it out in the world, and the choices he makes in the art he uses.

(that's a little bit of an apples and oranges kind of argument, I guess . . .)

For sure, I totally get it. I would strongly wage that everyone on EB is at least moderately OCD haha. I would pull the trigger on these though, they're cheap and fun. Would be a fun frame-up to do too.
