He did the best he could to be accommodating (as was mentioned by another post earlier) and was super kind. I wasn't gonna reprimand a legend or be pout because he didn't get it directly in a 2"x2" dark square. I could not be happier with the whole experience and I'm loving that I have this piece signed and back up on the wall. 8)

Haha. Yeah i just see that and think oh theres a dark space just ther...ok right there is fine too. Personally i wouldnt risk my thing to get signed. Brave you are. once saw the smashing pumpkins drummer put a dent in a pricey record sleeve and the autograph looked like fudge.

Once put a print in front of the artist wrapped in glassine with the area I wanted signed cut out.

I am able to tame celebrities before they sign. The trick is to engage them in conversation first, then hand them the mfing pencil/whatever and then show them exactly where to sign. :)
