Why? Never won a Stout lotto before so I don't understand why you would need to have Paypal fired up. If you win, doesn't that reserve you a poster, at least for longer than one in your cart during a drop?

winning the lotto sends you a link to a bigcartel site. First come first served until the editions sell out.

Variants can sell out as there are less of them than the total number of lotto winners.

He streteches it out enough so that maybe there is one window of about 10 people that actually need to worry about speed.
