You know, there's an old saying about limited paper. Think it's lost to the sands of time though.

I'd love to meet that wise old sage...

Yeah guys. It's pretty simple.

Get the drop.
Or
Pay aftermarket
Or
Lotto

This was easily HCG biggest drop. They hopefully will only learn from it.
just add Or Pay aftermarket one more time after lotto and its perfect.
Then also, "Score any hot new release and offer to trade for older Stouts". That works, right?

This is fair. I have a big mouth (can you hear me now?), but I do try to at least be entertaining if not original

Honestly you guys are super nice though. I've done forums for lego, comics, steelbooks, sideshow, etc. I usually give up on them after a few months, either because it gets stale or there's too many assholes around. Here, so far so good! And really, this hobby is tough and there should be MORE complaining if anything.

The best thing is it usually happens at night here so you wake up with immediate disappointment and sadness. Best way to start the day!

I've been successful on two Stout lotteries - both times were for prints I wasn't too keen on but I bought them anyway because a Stout lottery doesn't come round all that often. I no longer work at a vet hospital either so the old 'sacrifice a kitten to the murderous poster gods' sadly became a lot harder to attain. However... I do work at a hospital now... so... keep an eye on those death notices!

I got selected on my first attempt.

It's been downhill ever since.

drymount you.
Heading across town right now, don't you disappoint me!
Been waiting on my front yard in a bathrobe. Guess it's time to acknowledge I've been stood up. Again.

Same here. I have lost track of the number of times I woke up in 3/4am to check my email, only to have suffer the agonising blow of missing out yet again on a Stout lotto. I have never ever been picked for a Stout lotto. But hope springs eternal...

I tried my best to decipher this WEIR GROTTO reference, not much to go on except some trippy prints, old posts about a guy named Wizard, and marijuana. If you're asking if I'm stoned, yes. Yes I am. I've still seen better complaining from guys who somehow managed to miss a two year run of a statue or Lego set.

FYI, Tyler confirmed he won't have any c/c variants in his lottery.

will you have any of the cast and crew variants in the lottery?

I'll just have to regular and variant, not this colorway. but this is the 60" beast

Same, but to be fair it was for Drive/Attack the Block/etc, and I think a lot more spots were picked or there wasn't as much interest.

I think it would be cool if he waited a bit and did lotteries for three or four things at a time. Like let's say, Alien, AOU, and Goonies that way everyone who enters the lottery has a better chance of winning SOMETHING even if it's not your first choice.
