Just went to Aaron Bros today. Bought a few frames and the lady said they were doing the Buy 1 Get 1 for a Penny until August 1st.
Same fudge, different drop.

I know what you mean, noeldaddy. I *might* be getting mine tomorrow. I have a 5 day weekend coming up next week...getting prints and frames. It's going to be great!
I love the smell of ink and paper. Is that weird?

Well, it should be locked right after all the prints have been shipped. After that point, it is just going to painfully limp on as someone pops in to point out how high (or low) these things are going for on eBay.

What was the norm for edition runs say...two years ago? Certainly not 500...? Just curious...

Depends on the band too. The last year has seen a big rise in the number of art print series dedicated to a single theme/tv series/movie trilogy/what have you - so this is newer ground.
Gig posters have remained constant. There have been several gig poster editions in the 500 range. Most have been 250 -350.
