Had received a shipping confirmation, but then received a refund notice...anyone else get this from Tong?

received the shipping confirmation, but not a refund notice. how much was the refund for? just curious because kevin said he was going to refund all U.S. purchasers $5 for shipping.

the full amount....I e-mailed and he said there was an inventory oversight...really weird because I had one of the earliest time stamps at Jan. 11, 2010 12:00:21 PST

That's really odd since he had done the refunds yesterday... I can't imagine how they had another need to refund?
