OFFICIAL: New Dan Mccarthy up thread
I personally love this print. Even with the Raptors. The colors are spectacular. Probably my favorite McCarthy of the year. Too bad I'm broke.

I'd like it a lot more if it were just a guy walking his dog through the woods...but Dan has the dino theme he keeps revisiting. his art, his choice. I love the trees though, very well done.yosi wrote:I actually thought that this was one of his best prints until I saw the raptors...

I really liked it before I noticed the dinos. Then I loved it.

Reminds me of Wompatuck around 2 weeks ago (minus the dinosaurs)electrachrome wrote:I'd like it a lot more if it were just a guy walking his dog through the woods...but Dan has the dino theme he keeps revisiting. his art, his choice. I wonder how many people will buy this and realize after they buy it that there are raptors running at the bottom and cry foul?
I really like the dinos!

I'm with those that love it, but won't buy it because of the dinos. . .
UGH, I just realized this will fit nicely in a frame I already have with a simple thin mat. Now I have to get it!
Love the entire print

Also , without the dinos, the title of the print loses it's double-meaning.
"the Fall."
"the Fall."
