it's not the viewing i'm talking about junk dunker, it's the ability to take home a souvenir or something personal as a member of the school that put it on.

KAWS is the reverse Banksy! (is that better? at making my point, since Banksy just sold a bunch of originals for nearly nothing and Kaws is selling for nearly everything).
maybe i'm just grumpy.

The only thing I'm high on is life. I think I don't like you, so i'll just let this go as we are two opposing forces. I could make a snarky comment about quality of art and the demographic and "museum," but as I like them all that would be hypocritical.
Confirmed.

that really sucks. another artist i love that is starting to get out of my price range. at least with someone like faile if you are paying two grand you get some serious hand finishing and detail with super low editions. i just can't justify spending that much on a straight screen print with that high of an edition, no matter how good they look.

the fact that this is 3mil in revenue is absurd

He's obviously looking for some less callused hands.fribhey wrote:I really hope I'm wrong but I've seen many artists over the few years basically get blackballed due to their greed and because they took advantage of their loyal fans. This is just on a whole new level than those other artists. Biting the hand that feeds you never turns out pretty.
