I know that, but I don't enter lotteries if I haven't got any intention to buy it. And the system asks for your payment details, so once you've entered, you're making the commitment to buy.

yeah, they do it right. it's a no bullshit lottery. you pay up front and get credited back (thought its just a hold on your card not a charge). no backing out if you win.
