so stoked to get this one in today. Vanessa and I began discussing this commission 2 years ago! It has been a long process but well worth it in the end. She is so great to work with and the end result is just crazy.
This is a portrait of two chickens that I own, and she truly captured them. Even her initial sketch for composition is good!

Ha thanks. The girls are 7 years old, which is quite a bit for chickens. Their laying days are well behind them.

Love that. A few just went online. Didn't buy because I've no clue how much it costs to get it stretched on a frame.... And tray framed?..
