That's a really fantastic piece rolenrock, I love Kofie's style.
I was really tempted by that piece but ended up choosing a different abstract from that show instead.
I have a thing about posting purchases before I have them in hand though so it might be a while before I can show it off in here!

this aggression will not stand, man.
Awesome, congrats! I failed to pick this up and then was too slow again with the one at Thinkspace.rolenrock wrote:

Been going back through this thread the last few days and found this post by greenhorn1. I too was lucky enough to snag one of the Lovelys from Colin last year (there are only 10 of them), each painted up with different colors and designs. It's one of my centerpieces. Finally got to go to a Colin Christian gallery show, Hello Pretty Pretty, in Los Angeles this past July at Corey Helford Gallery. Simply amazing.
Calmer than you are.

Very nice! I hadn't seen that one before. I like the colors better on yours but I think I like the pinstripe design better on mine. They're all great though.AtomicDaytona wrote: Been going back through this thread the last few days and found this post by greenhorn1. And Corvin... I was thinking the other day, that I really don't think Dan could have created something that amazing and personal without the relationship you've surely built up with him over the several commissions you've had done. I know it's the highlight of your collection but I think it's also one of the finest pieces he's ever done.
