Also, these frames look like they're from the same framer that Teagan uses...? Hers are all hand-made, and these look very similar in style.
Thank you, Mfaith. I think Alex is an incredible watercolor artist. I am due for a commission in October with her. I'll post it to the database when it is done.

The frames may be the same ones Teagan uses. Alex framed the pieces from the last show with frames by the same manufacturer. They are made by an operation named Signed and Numbered out of Salt Lake City. I just swap out the glass with UV plexi and we are good to go!

Those are the same! I sort of like that Alex used the natural wood this time. I can stain or paint them should I choose to. For now I think they look nice.

Ah, thank you. I did not know that. I only know the frames through Alex Warnick. They are nice. I am fond of their arts and crafts simplicity.

I suppose you can think of them as flower paintings which just happen to include a bird.

so stoked to get this one in today. Vanessa and I began discussing this commission 2 years ago! It has been a long process but well worth it in the end. She is so great to work with and the end result is just crazy.
This is a portrait of two chickens that I own, and she truly captured them. Even her initial sketch for composition is good!
