Been laying low for a while but just had this commision done by Canadian artist, Brad Woodfin. I had admired his work for some time and got in touch in the beginning of the year, so it´s been a long time waiting but well worth it.

It hasn´t been varnished yet and the background is completely dark (unlike on the picture) so picture doesn´t bring it justice but you get the idea. It measure 24 x 30 inches. I love raccoons!

^^ - that looks great mate. Well done. One of those perfect examples of the piece looking 100x better in person than in a photo.

Picked up this London Police drawing that was part of the finders keepers hunt here in Cincinnati/Covington Kentucky. I had to climb a tree to get up to it but was it ever worth it! :pint:

And saw a cool small mural they painted on my way back.

Interesting...I remember seeing a piece similar to the one you posted when I was in Amsterdam? or perhaps Berlin...cannot remember off the top of my head.

The only thing better than a painting of an astronaut is a painting of a dead astronaut.

Adorable! And the best thing? If you get tired of it, just have machine guns painted into his paws and come August '14 it'll flip like crazy.

John Wentz Study #3 for 'The Form Appears'. A recent print release by 1xRun with the 3 studies also offered for sale.

I preferred the close up of the subject to the overall composition. Something about gas masks appeals to me...
