@fnord - the size of this one is 16x16..

@maddoghoek100 - thanks for the info on Agam!.. I wasn't aware of him or his art.. I'll definitely have a good look at it all.. cheers!

I don't know that 20 is entirely accurate, but I hear she's still in college.

Here was her other piece at Spoke Art, interesting textures in real life:

I rarely spend time looking at the spoke emails, but this piece totally blew me away and i found myself having to go back to it later to check it out. I really should stop by the show and see it.

Congrats on the pickup Origo, and now another young gun to keep my eye on.

here is my latest addition, a commission piece by Christopher Derek Bruno "simply" named "Lenticular Composition #6 Custos Morum".. the entire commission went super easy and smooth, as CDB is definitely a top guy to deal with.. from agreeing on a concept, to packaging and shipping, I just couldn't be happier with this deal and the final piece:

at first I was amazed with how sturdy and well crafted the piece is!.. coming with a custom hanging bracket, and all the directions on the packaging and the back of the piece, it feels like high quality furniture brand put it together in their hi tech factory:

this is his smallest piece of this kind to date, and once I placed it on it's spot, I couldn't believe what a complex image he managed to fit into it!.. or two images to be precise... plus, the entire thing is painted with spraypaint, and seeing the clean, solid transparency he got with it, is just wow:

sorry if it's coming across like Im bragging too much about it, but Im really impressed with the concept, execution, quality, and strength of this piece.. it really makes walking around the house more fun!
Damn Sal! I love it!

rotembk: I also love what you did with the Dan May.

Sorry to say, I dont think that's happiness that hurts. Sounds like you need antibiotics and higher standards.

Congrats on the Dal though. It looks good.

Awesome painting, Origo. I actually "discovered" her work about a year ago and inquired about prices on specific pieces (featured on her blog). Unfortunately, it was all priced out of my league! (Only once have I ever paid more than $3K on a painting). She has a big show coming up this summer at La Luz de Jesus.

Thanks for the kind words and the info on the artist, didn´t realise she was that young. I find her compositions quite beautiful, her work kind reminds me of Kent Williams, another amazing artist.

Lovely daleast pices there, bmerel. Also quite like that Amory study, treweman.
