so I got a hold of someone at "its a wonderful world" and they said I can have a refund or credit for a pre-sale purchase of an upcoming print. I am a little concerned about a pre-sale as it has been VERY difficult to actually reach someone, and i have doubts that if a print was for sale that I was interested in I wouldnt be able to say I want it and get any kind of confirmation prior to the actual onsale. What would you do?

In the past I have sent back prints to be hand finished and they have obliged. It may be slightly damaged but a hand finished 1 of a kind damaged is better than a pre-purchase guarantee.... Good luck

Yikes! Just saw that- I thought it was damaged. I'd take the pre order then and make sure you email them as soon as the pint you want is listed as coming soon. Tough one....

I'd take the pre-sale credit. I've had to deal with them before and they were always pretty quick to respond, but I never got a pre-sale credit option for a damaged print.

If you don't mind having the money tied up, I would go for the pre-sale.

I have had to contact the MBW camp a few times and have always received a prompt response. I'm sure they are just busy right now with Art Basel and whatever else might be going on.
