That's a combination of the focal length of the lens, her being closest subject as well as the angle the photographer was holding the camera. She is a tall woman, but she does not tower over him. I kinda like it. One small critique: Batman's arm. Is it shaded improperly? The lines look right, but the way it's shaded makes it look way too big, even for Batman.
