This comes close to what you described. Skateboard artist Sean Cliver's early 2015 take on iconic musicians deck series for the skate company Girl. I flipped through the Bowie variants and it's all such garbage. Yes, throw a Warhol style spray can or Mickey Mouse in as many as possible. No reason to put any thought into the collage aspect of the variants, just keep recycling the same fudge over and over and over.
