this is a big deterrent for me, with the current state of usps shipping, packages are arriving on avg.5 days late, that's 5 days worth of risk. eeh ehh, muchos thank yous but no

even if its ups, those guys/gals are hauling 3x the normal avg of packages a day, sending two guys with each truck.

From what I understand, they block you from future purchases if you file a paypal claim. Not much of a loss and you still get your money back.
