Official Mr. Brainwash Conspiracy Thread
I don't hate him Foodie, I just really hate two of the three "works" he is releasing today. He isn't celebrating Dr. King's live and legacy, he is trying to cash in on it with terrible art. If you think that King's message is that "We all have a dream of being greater and having enough in life" then I suggest you buy all 3 since they should certainly appeal to you.FOODRAP wrote:its so sad that the hate and animosity for MBW is more band wagon driven that actual emotion. I mean realistically why do you guys hate MBW so much?
Its so corny to come on the board and you guys are directing so much hate towards an artist at the same time we celebrate the life of one of the most influential people in history.
Come on yo, your kids might read these posts some day.
We all have a dream of being greater and having enough in life.
Lets spread that message and not more hate as we already know the time of hate is nearly upon us.
I hate the abomination above because it reminds me of the image below. I am dead sure that Thierry added the paint splatter as a way to make money off of two colorways and not for some thought provoking reason.
Oh, and what is up with the 4 guys dancing in the image above.

It's not a bandwagon, its just a natural reaction to sub part "art."
I'm not someone else.

OK, now the real (and only) question as a MBW drop approaches...will they flip?
- Relatively small edition sizes and almost all priced under $500.
- Even though the hand-finishing is feces, it is still a hand-finished print.
- That Michele Obama pic, when paired with a pic of the print in your ebay listing, should be good for a 14% increase in ROI.
- Rupert Pupkin rule
Yes. Yes, they will flip. Happy mealers watch out though, you may have to wait until next January to realize a profit.

I was thinking the only non offensive one might be the best bet for a flip. Edition of 88.earlgreytoast wrote:OK, now the real (and only) question as a MBW drop approaches...will they flip?
