My friend that just got back from selling at Art Miami said MBW's booth always had a line and sold a ton. He had no idea who MBW was and asked me about who this dude was.

Wasn't most of it owned by his mother and father originally?

I thought thats how he was able to have artists tag certain buildings without getting in trouble, because they were owned by his family.

there's actually only 3 properties here http://losangeles.blockshopper.com/sear ... y%2BGuetta and one of them is (most likely) his main residence. the titles on the other two show he owned them WAY before the whole street art thing. that article is terrible haterade. i know a few people who own 2+ investments properties in LA - it's not really that uncommon, the LA market wasn't always as hot as it is now.
