What a difference 5-6 years makes. I have bought maybe 5 posters over the last 2 years. I have also sold off a serious chunk of my collection in those 2 years.

Anybody looking for some Budai prints?

I lost count... I do know I need to spend a good chunk of time this year identifying what I have and getting insurance. Not looking forward to this task except for the many hours of staring at pieces of paper I forgot I had or hadn't pulled from the massive stack of posters for years.

I just reorganized a few of my Itoya art portfolios to make sure I put all the 18x24 and 12x24 Jay Ryan posters together. Lots of time what felt like rekindling a long lost love :)

I have really slowed down with buying art. I'll still buy something if it's amazing or an original I can't pass up, but I have a lot more than I can handle right now.

In terms of buying behaviour, I have a lot of things I haven't used yet, which I think is OK. As long as I use them within the same year that I buy them or if they're backups for things that I wouldn't want to not have for a few days (like headphones or shampoo). I also love getting things in the mail. I'm buying less items throughout the year and keeping them relatively small, so I'm not spending as much but I still get a mail buzz.

If you have loans, stop collecting as much as you're collecting right now and pay all that back first.

When I first started tracking my collection on EB I told myself I wouldn't go past a full page, which I think is 45. I'm pat that now but not by too much. These dumdum artists just need to stop making stuff I like. 8) Emek, I'm looking in your direction...

^^^ You can get all of your pieces all on one page if that makes you feel better - :D

If you see the url for your member collection which should look something like - http://expressobeans.com/members/collec ... hp?id=xxxx -

The xx's represent your member number.

You can do the following modification to get all the pieces on one page.

If you add the following text (see below) (in red bold) after the above url you should be able to get all of them one page. For example - for 500 pieces to be displayed on one page add in 500 and etc, etc. to get the number you want in the extension below. if you have 1000 pieces use 1000 instead of 500.

http://expressobeans.com/members/collec ... p?id=xxxxx&ipp=500

The end result should look something like:

http://expressobeans.com/members/collec ... xx&ipp=500

PM me if you have any problems. :D
