Anyone know who this artist is??

From what I have been told this by a Japanese artist and from the back half of the 20th century, I think the signature is at the bottom toward the left. Will post a close up of that tomorrow.

Flea market find. Spent $100 which I figured the frame was worth. Redoing my home office with an asian and mid century modren vibe.
People on this board are amazing. I never thought I would figure out who painted it.
