USPS is no longer an option to ship posters.

General art-related discussion.

Any of ya'll been using "Ground Advantage" to ship posters yet? If so, how has it been so far? Seems way cheaper than Priority with the ridiculous size requirements introduced last year. I figure they're trying to rival UPS Ground, but with dis it wouldn't be necessary to stick tubes in a box.
zero issues and most times, arrives the same day as priority sir (less than 10 shipped)

there might still be oversize fee

I just buy the labels online through shipstation which gets processed for USPS through stamps.com

I put 22 x 4 x 4 for the size. Small tube, big tube, doesn't matter. When they first switched I got dinged for the $4 a few times but haven't heard a peep since. I do get refunds for over estimate of weight all the time though!

I assume you're referring to ground advantage not priority.

I neva got to the counter and I also don't commit postal fraud. I've been dinged in the past by their automated scanners or whateva (not for tubes but some other bs) so just cuz they ain't tracking it now, doesn't mean they won't be tracking it in a few months from now.

No problems getting tubes delivered via USPS here in CT. They even wrap them in plastic bags in foul weather, if I don't answer the door. Not a fan of this price hike though. Booooo.
