Saw this piece on Insta titled "Drifting Away" but no artist name is given and I can't make out the signature. Anyone know the artist?

Not to hijack your question, but on Pawnstars on Saturday an artist named Dave did a poster and Eddie Vedder signed it. He tried to sell it. He doesn’t normally do tour posters. Anyone know who Dave is? Thanks
