Come to find out, another friend also has a promised piece from Doze, after giving Doze free rent (and food and wine) for damn near 3 years.
So, unfortunately it seems to be more than an isolated incident.

I totally respect your approach to the situation SIN. You are handling this WAY better than I would. I find it humbling and it really makes someone like me try to look at a situation like this in a different light. Me and the wife talked about something similar to this as I am a worrier. At the end of the day when we really analyze life and pass on what does any of this really matter?

However, I am in agreement with the others on here. I would take to social media. It's ridiculous for someone to take advantage of you like this. I hate seeing people taking advantage of others. After watching 2 minutes of that video the guy seems like a d-bag.
