Waited to claim until I saw a few folks vet the contract. Just claimed and sold around 110M for 0.2 ETH. Free ETH for Xmas!
Also, don't forget to claim your free PUNKS #2 comic if you minted any of the #1's in the first 5,000 acidburn!

Don’t even want to tell you how many tokens I had. Sold way too early a majority of them but can’t complain at all. There was a period where I was trading a lot of bored ape stuff so that just accumulated in one wallet.
And thank you so much. I didn’t even see it. Will go now

Question. I don't understand anything NFT's. Are there any previous art holdings that we can compare this to in the past that caught on or didn't? Like a frame of reference? Or is everyone just flying by the seat of their pants and going with it?

I hear the best moves are made at the ends of the bell curve... 20 or 200 iq to win
baseball cards. comic books. posters. every single new art medium is reviled by the status quo. and then excepted 20-30y later as the nay sayers all become irrelevant and a new generation takes their place.

POGS, Beanie Babies, dot com stocks, and Hummel's. In the case of NFTs, I don't think it's being reviled by the status quo (in fact, it seems like the status quo in marketing departments are head over heels in love with it), but questioned by the people in tech as to what "ownership" actually means. Unless you have generative on chain art, the majority of NFTs are a URL or IPFS link to a static file that you have no real control over.
