Lol cheers! But is there any truth to the idea that the serial numbers you get on these cards is based on when you open the packs? Supposedly the first packs that get opened will have the lowest serial numbers.

I don’t think I will even open my pack yet, see what the market is for unopened Series 1 packs when they are at like series 10.

yes. the numbers are based on when they are opened and bought. all cards are "created" when you open them and combine them. the first ones to do it will get the first numbers... nothing exists in the deck. it's all randomized on open and combining..

Unless you open the pack right away and among the first ones to craft some single digit (or “low”) numbers, it appears that the best strategy is to open the pack and sell individual built cards (which really makes sense). At the moment, it looks like waiting is the right move as well.

Not sure about these wax tokens though. Looks like some fudge crypto, so probably the best thing after selling is to move the funds out. I didn’t work out that part yet, lol.

People are selling sealed packs in the market for $13.68 that you can buy right now for $9.99. Let's see if that price goes up in 10 minutes.

2 days later and the cheapest packs are priced at just over $20 now. So if you had bought $1000 worth of packs 3 days ago, kept them all sealed and sold them all today, you would have $2000 now.

Your fomo fomo’ed me into buying two 60 packs. I opened one and the other one is still sealed. The open one is worth more than the closed one at the moment. It doesn’t make sense opening smaller packs at this time.

If you were picking up all the Ryu build cards for a buck or two in the beginning, you would be selling them for about $20 a pop now. The pack I opened had only 3 of those.

The wax tokens gained over 11%, so if you sold 24 hours ago, the gain would cover your commissions.

It’s like a guy can’t loose. Luls.

Right now you can’t lose. My 12 remaining Top Shot moments are currently worth over $1500, and that’s if I sold them at the lowest cuteent price for each of them. I paid $46 for them.

I haven't followed any of the Street Fighter stuff, but I just tallied up my remaining 69 (niceee) TS moments. Based on the lowest available price on every moment... let's just say we goin' Sizzler!!

For topshit, did you see they have let in 5000 people to the withdrawal program? In total! I want my dapper dollars. In the beginning, you could really stack up moments from multiple accounts, not sure how much that works anymore though.

you loose by gambling for a collector editions card by joining cards and instead getting a base-weld. build / packs / collectors editions / 1-10 cards will hold the highest value... rest will be mostly meh and devalued in comparison. action cards for some may hold some value.

the real question will be they smart enough to allow using build series 1 cards to join with build series 2 cards or something similar to jack the the value in series 1 when series 2 comes out.
