Art Blocks x Christie's Oct 1st
Doesn't that go against the point of everything? Just have it on opensea, which appears to have bidding currently?
They’ve done many bigger NFT auctions and yea I get what you mean but at the same time gives huge exposure to a new market. Only positives for artists involved. All eyes on them.

Loved what they did for Fewocious recently. A lot of coverage on trans artists and it was just a beautiful event. Wished I went to the meet and greet.

"Yet Xin Li-Cohen, deputy chairman of Christie’s, is doubling up as the head of a new NFT art business that her good friend Wendi Murdoch has also invested in, just as the auction house itself is about to hold an online NFT art sale in Hong Kong for small, machine-generated cartoon profile pictures such as Cryptopunks, which are fetching millions of US dollars each and completely upsetting the way art is valued."

A little beef too because after Christie’s Hk announced their BAYC sale as the first, Sotheby came in with their own beg of September

For artists and buyers who are into NFTs and also value true Decentralized Networks... Less than a buck to mint an NFT, a fraction of a penny to send an NFT to your buyer :D

/\/\/\ Maybe it's more common than I realize but I don't see a ton of popular NFTs hanging around long enough for a' "hurry and get em before they're gone!" email very often.
I'm not someone else.

I did pick up a Haapyland Gummy Bears which was free to mint. This was some weeks ago and I haven’t been paying much attention since.

That said it seems like it might be building. Maybe time to pick up one?? Not sure but I have gotten multiple unsolicited low ball offers a day. Might grab another. They are seem to be about to release gummy worms.

The Visitors NFT already has a .1 floor a day after selling out. Not bad. They had a clubhouse chat last night where they talked about some plans for the future. Feel like it has some potential, glad I tossed some cash in to see what its all about.

Damn, would have been nice to be a part of BAYC, sheesh. ANyone have a hot NFT pick?

the drawings are fun, but a few things seemed off to me. the # of unique holders vs actual NFTs … polygon… and the resale percentage is absurd for a project like this. 12.5% total when it’s usually around 5%?

If anyone is eyeing something, prob best time to make offers. ETH could be headed to $4k-$4100.
