^ I agree.

The price is A LOT, lol. But I wouldn’t call it unfair or too high or whatever. The first print moved well enough to sell out and pretty quickly. They have only a few left of the second print, supposedly. And to my liking, the first one was a better image.

And then, to be honest, would the first poster be flipping and for how much if they sold it for $500-1,000? I don’t think the price was out of whack at all. Most of these weren’t bought to be flipped, I would think. My guess is the second-hand sellers will do just fine with these as well.

Would love to see one in person. I was priced out mainly because of the exchange rate (add $1K of the “funny money”). Also, it is ginormous and I honestly didn’t expect it to move so quickly.

People are willing to pay double that and more for much “simpler” art with a lot less amount of time and work put into a reproduction (if there was an original art to begin with, lol), etc. But different strokes, right? Nothing wrong with that.

Here is an example right from the main page today:

Someone paid $2,700 for it. Luls (No offence, see above).

I’m glad they put the painting’s dimensions on the shirt. I am sick and tired of answering people’s questions about the fine art my screenprinted tshirts are based on.

No clue. I would guess in the range of $1,000-$1,500. Haven’t enquired.

I should have bought the first one. 1>3>2, imo.

P. S. Not sure who thought that the shirt was a good idea. Wonder how much that will be and if they sell any at all.
