I had a really good 2019 that just happened to focus more on 3d pieces than 2d.

In any other year this massive Odin painting by Sam Flegal would have been my #1 acquisition (sorry for the glare)

But this year I finally landed one of my all time grails. An original by Dr Seuss

Oh wow. Super stoked to see so much of Jay Ryan's and Jes Seamans' work!! 2 of my favs! I picked up some OG's last year, I'll get some pics and add to this later. Great idea!!
#1 ISO: Jay Ryan 'Sleeping Akiko' 2nd Edition - please help!!
At first I thought this was a slow year, but after looking through my collection, I have come to realize that the first half of the year was filled with additions to my collection. The second half of the year I was consumed with the purchase of a 200 year old farm, and my art collection wasn’t a priority.
Here are five pieces that I acquired from January through June.
And then just after Christmas I acquired this: (and watched my art budget evaporate):

Here are my top 5 in no particular order (ok, I lied, #5 is probably my favourite <3):
1) Movement OG by Jay Ryan
2) Bunny OG by Jay Ryan
3) Poisonous Bears and Venomous Snakes 8/10 by Jay Ryan
4) Bucholy OG by Jes Seamans
5) Tiny Tobes OG by Jes Seamans (part of the Landland crazy black Friday cat commissions she did! It's my cat Tobias!!)
Thanks for looking!
PS. Shameless ISO request: I am really trying to hunt down a Jay Ryan 'Sleeping Akiko' 2nd edition - please help!! =)
