Arist Screen Print Commissions

So how does one go about getting a Movie/T.V. Show, etc. private screen print commission started? I've asked numerous artists with no responses,and lately have seen some great private pieces made. Just curious.

first off no artist is going to want to do a commission based upon an email from someone who is asking how they work

2) agree on a price
3) go on fb and find a buncha EBers to pay for it
4) wait forever and stall stall stall
5) find a printer once the art is done
6) wait forever and stall stall stall
7) once the posters are printed ship em to the EBers making sure ya keep a stack of free APs
8 )?
9) profit
