New to poster collecting

I'm quite new to this poster collecting thing...started with buying the odd one and framing.but now am getting quite a few that are not gonna be framed for a while...so at the moment are still rolled in tubes...now how long can they stay in the tubes...as I wasn't whinging about buying a flat file..but the way I'm going it looks like I'm gonna need one sooner rather than later

As an intermediate step before going to a flatfile you may want to try 'foamcore sandwich', plenty of details to be found in the above link

I'm gonna buy some foam core sheets at the weekend...and some glassine sheets to layer my prints with....what size glassine sheets does everyone use...a quick look on eBay...and most seem to be 50x75cm...wont I need these to be bigger

I bought a roll that is 36" in width that I just cut to the length I need. It works for pretty much everything unless you have something that is ridiculously huge.
