So, I was out of town for a few days and my replacement was waiting for me at the post office when I returned. I'm happy to say this print is in fantastic condition. Everything looks great.
I'm pleased that this was finally resolved and that Roman stepped up to the plate to fix the matter. As to the whole affair, I don't know why the heavens opened up and I was mysteriously hand chosen by the "Print Gods" to finally received these after two years, but it is good to have them.
