My Odd City Godfather 2 shipping notification just came. ???

Yep,
You read that right. I never received my reg and var for Durieux's Godfather 2 from Odd City. Last night, 20 months late or whatever, I got a shipping notification and tracking number. Granted, the tracking number isn't coming up on USPS, but this is still crazy weird.
What is going on here? Did anyone else get a notification? Not trying to start a flame war or any "this person sucks" discussion, just trying to figure out what is happening.

Half and Half just reminded everyone to file claims against OCE with their poster burning party. Now Roman is scrambling again. I'd still be shocked if anyone actually receives anything.
