For me it was Tomer Hanuka, Kurtz had a really good 2nd half though!

Woman of the year was definitely Ise Ananphada with Victo Ngai being 2nd place!

Rory Kurtz definitely had a breakout year. Sort of his emergence onto the stage. Very impressive.
But I think, end-to-end, I'd throw my hat into the Vanessa Foley ring. She did so many gallery shows this year, and then the remarkable commissions she did "on the side".
So it goes...

I think Vanessa Foley, Teagan White, and Erica Williams all submitted stellar work in 2016. I'm excited to see what these women create next.
