Luls. How the fug did they do that? Just printed less than they originally said?xangelx wrote:mfaith wrote:DHM halfed the size of their Wonka edition, and it's still not sold out?

Guess so. When the pre-order is far enough in advance, I guess you're afforded that flexibility? They halved the regular edition and shaved the variant edition by nearly a thirdCodeblue wrote:Luls. Didn't seem as though anyone was upset by it. It's certainly odd to change your edition size after the prints have been revealed and go on sale. Was there any statement released from DHM? Or did they just change the info in the shop?

im surprised they didn't release a wordy email with pictures of them changing the website step by step.

Seemed to have just changed it in their store. Even the url still says the original run size lol. But the item info has been updated. Only reason I knew is someone asked for the database to be updated this morning. But yeah, no announcement, as far as i know.Kramerica wrote:Didn't seem as though anyone was upset by it. Nobody's complaining about your favorite artist. calm down. lol1000steps wrote:Which party is harmed by a reduction in the size of an edition? Just wondering.
And if no one is harmed, what in the name of Cthulu are you babuchkas kvetching about now?
So it goes...
If some purchasers were refunded when edition reduced, that would matter. If the demand is served, I am fine with a reduced edition size. Why print to exceed near-term demand? If people regret not buying it later on, tough Toto for them.
