What's also interesting is, this was done as a mural in Seattle last year as an homage to Cobain, but it was unceremoniously painted over by a bank for advertising several months ago. Outcry ensued, and the gallery worked with the bank to commission D*Face back to repaint the mural. That's happening this week, and this release coincides with it.
