Cel has only ever been honest and forthright, dunno why anybody's surprised.

And that movie was one of Pixar's best, without a doubt.

So just got a refund with the note "Limit 1 Per Customer". I only purchased one and got it early on. Anyone know who I can get in touch with to correct this?

I'll handle it.

I didn't get to order one so I don't even have one let alone 2 . Any chance you can sort that for me?

People seem to be getting their issues resolved here, so I figure it's at least worth posting...? I actually did order 2 prints and got a refund for 1. One was for me, one was for my gf. We're both huge Pixar fans, and we both loved the flick (though admittedly we hadn't seen it when I placed my orders). I didn't want to interrupt her work day and didn't see a limit posted anywhere (plus I wanted to surprise her with it as a gift).

I realize there are people who got shut out entirely, so I'm not going to feign righteous indignation over this... but it is kind of lame considering I had multiple options at the time:
1. My brother was online and offered to order 1 but I said I was able to get 2 orders through, and it was just easier than having him order and re-ship to me.
2. I could have ordered to the gf's address with her credit card (but again that would have ruined the surprise).

Totally understand the '1 per' limit, but would have appreciated if it was explicitly posted somewhere. For all I know, it could have been limited to 1 per cart for shipping efficiency... you guys just want to tube them all and slap labels on without having to worry about varying contents or shipping weights. I've seen that done before.

Apologies in advance if the limit was posted and I missed it, but I thought I looked pretty thoroughly and didn't see anything. I know... first world problems.

Side note: Lava, the short that preceded Inside Out, was f'ing terrible.
