This one is pretty solid:

commissions are at their best when it's a group of people who are passionate about a subject getting something made that probably otherwise wouldn't. Be it for a niche or arthouse film, or getting a particular artist to make a particular work they're passionate about (but otherwise couldn't get done alone), etc. etc.

One of my favorite commissions, a group of people who loved the film, knew it wouldn't get a print made otherwise, took a chance on a new artist and it turned out amazingly well.

I had to google "Joao Ruas Alien" to see what the big deal was and yes..... it's very badass.

I own some good ones, but I think that Gabz Predator MIGHT be the king of the lot.

I am a little bias but this is probably one of the best commissions out there and the image does not do it justice.

I cant believe David Welker's representation of mound hasnt been mentioned. For any fan of art and phish its a must have, the detail in person is crazy. Wish I could afford one but its a pipe dream at this point.

Hanuka Kubricks, some Tobins, Most Gabz, some of Eng's stuff, Jock A.Now (was commissioned, right?), DZO Oliver True Detective are cool and pretty much all the Ise's are all pretty great (I know I am forgetting somethings which speaks volumes in this thread).

I really True "Must Own" ISO's for me are Gabz "Inception" and Tomer "Dr.Strangelove" (reg), although some of K.Eng's stuff ranks as well. Most of all Ferguson's GotG is tops.

I do get it though, as I am sick of seeing the never ending stream of posters for the same old obvious titles flooding the scene.

now that I have said nothing new, I will end this redundant post.

That's the only commission I've seen so far I wish I was a part of.
